We create and deliver personalized songs based on customer requests. These are custom digital products and are delivered via email or download link.
3. Orders & Delivery
After receiving your order and details, we begin the production process.
Delivery typically takes between 2 to 7 business days.
Final songs will be sent as high-quality audio files.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our songs are custom-made, refunds are not available once production has started. If you made a mistake or need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
5. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and respectful information for your custom song. Offensive, hateful, or illegal content will not be accepted.
6. Usage Rights
You may share and use your custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media, private events). Commercial use requires prior written permission.
